Brent spent 15 years working in 2 Saskatchewan Crown Corporations as Director, Organizational Effectiveness. For the next 17 years, Brent worked in a global consulting firm (HayGroup) as a Senior Client Partner and also served as Western Canadian Practice Leader for Leadership Development. He also sat on the Global Council for Performance Management. Brent’s teams were always spread across different time zones/provinces/countries. He had the good fortune of working in 8 countries and across many different sectors with much of his time spent in mining/energy, financial services, agriculture, and all 3 levels of government. He annually delivers 50+ workshops, 500+ assessment tools, 10 conference keynotes, and has instructed at 5 universities.
Brent holds a Master’s of Education degree (University of Regina) and Certificates in Power Engineering (SAIT), Organization Design (USC), Adult Education (St. Francis Xavier), and HR Management (Queens). His certifications/designations include: Executive Coaching, Change Management, 9 different assessment tools, the MBTI™, the Six Thinking Hats™, and the CPHR designation.
